Who can refer someone?+
Any Alpine Extensions customer can recommend a friend, family member, neighbour or colleague. There is no limit on who you can introduce to us, as long as they are a new customer who has not already enquired.
When is the reward paid?+
Your cash reward is paid once your friend's order is confirmed and their project is under way. We will contact you to arrange payment directly.
Can I recommend multiple people?+
Absolutely — and it pays to. Your first two successful referrals earn £250 each, and from your third onwards every successful recommendation earns £500.
Does the customer still receive other promotions?+
Yes. The £500 referral discount is in addition to any active manufacturing discount, so your friend receives both.
What qualifies as a successful referral?+
A successful referral is a new customer you introduce to us who goes on to purchase an Alpine extension. Simply make sure they mention your name when they enquire, or submit their details using the form on this page.
How do home visit rewards work?+
If you allow a prospective customer to view your completed Alpine extension and that visit results in a sale, we will reward you with £100 per successful home visit — on top of any referral reward you earn.
